Irony

So after all the hassles I had with getting the new iPhone because, according to Rogers, I didn't qualify for a hardware upgrade... about a week after I get the new phone I get a letter in the mail from Rogers saying that they appreciate my business and because I am such a great and loyal customer they would like to offer me a free upgrade to a Blackberry. Say what????
